# LetsBot > LetsBot is a WhatsApp Business API platform: one team inbox for WhatsApp and other channels, AI chatbots, bulk campaigns, store integrations, a REST API, and a remote MCP server that lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI assistants send and read a business's WhatsApp messages. LetsBot is a Meta Business Partner for the official WhatsApp Business API. LetsBot is operated by BOT FOR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED (UK, Companies House no. 15477940: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/15477940), with an affiliate in Egypt for support, operations and engineering. It serves businesses worldwide, with a focus on the Middle East and Arabic-speaking customers. ## Who it is for - Businesses that sell to or support customers on WhatsApp: online stores, restaurants, clinics, real estate, education, travel and other service businesses. - Online stores on Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce that want order notifications, abandoned-cart reminders and customer support on WhatsApp. - Support and sales teams that answer WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and e-mail from one shared inbox. - Developers who connect WhatsApp to their own systems through the REST API and webhooks, and people who want to run WhatsApp from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through MCP. ## Pricing Monthly prices in US dollars, VAT included, read from the live catalogue. LetsBot adds no markup, and the LetsBot subscription is separate from the Meta bill. ## Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor (MCP) LetsBot's remote MCP server (streamable HTTP) is https://letsbot.net/mcp. Through it an AI assistant can send WhatsApp messages and approved templates, read and search conversations, list chats waiting for a reply, manage contacts, campaigns and deals, and pull reports for one LetsBot workspace. 1. Create a LetsBot workspace and connect a WhatsApp number, preferably through the official WhatsApp Business API (about 5 minutes with a Facebook account). 2. Claude (claude.ai and the desktop app): add LetsBot from the Claude connector directory (https://claude.ai/directory/connectors/3455d00e-518f-425f-9e0d-6a9eac2f54ef), or go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector with https://letsbot.net/mcp, then sign in with your LetsBot account (OAuth). 3. ChatGPT: open the LetsBot app (https://chatgpt.com/apps/letsbot/asdk_app_694d5d79a9c481918305d9446a0f0d21) and sign in with your LetsBot account (OAuth). 4. Cursor and other MCP clients: copy the workspace API key from the LetsBot dashboard (Developers → Authentication Data) and add the server with a Bearer header: ```json {"mcpServers": {"letsbot": {"url": "https://letsbot.net/mcp", "headers": {"Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_LB_API_KEY"}}}} ``` The connector is part of the API + MCP (Claude, ChatGPT & more) service (US$69.99 per month on any plan) and works during the free trial. ## Docs - [LetsBot for Claude](https://letsbot.net/en/claude.html): the WhatsApp connector listed in Claude's connector directory, what it does and how to add it. - [LetsBot for ChatGPT](https://letsbot.net/en/chatgpt.html): the LetsBot app in ChatGPT for WhatsApp messages, contacts, campaigns and reports. - [WhatsApp MCP server](https://letsbot.net/en/whatsapp-mcp.html): setup for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients, with the tool catalogue. - [Developers](https://letsbot.net/en/developers.html): build on the official WhatsApp Business API with REST endpoints, webhooks and code examples. - [WhatsApp Business API](https://letsbot.net/en/api.html): OTP codes, order and shipping notifications through the official API. - [API reference](https://letsbot.net/developers/api): every REST endpoint, with a Postman collection. - [Pricing](https://letsbot.net/en/packages.html): live plans and services. - [Comparison](https://letsbot.net/en/comparison.html): LetsBot compared with other WhatsApp Business platforms. ## Machine-readable - [MCP server card](https://letsbot.net/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json): name, endpoint, transport and authentication of the MCP server. - [API catalog](https://letsbot.net/.well-known/api-catalog): RFC 9727 links to the REST API and MCP descriptions. - [Agent skills](https://letsbot.net/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json): how an agent connects to LetsBot and the WhatsApp rules it must follow. - [Agent sign-up](https://letsbot.net/auth.md): how an agent gets credentials. ## Optional - [WhatsApp API pricing 2026](https://letsbot.net/en/whatsapp-api-pricing-2026.html): how Meta charges for WhatsApp messages and what stays free. - [Salla integration](https://letsbot.net/en/salla.html), [Zid integration](https://letsbot.net/en/zid.html), [Shopify integration](https://letsbot.net/en/shopify.html), [WooCommerce integration](https://letsbot.net/en/woocommerce.html) - [Home](https://letsbot.net/en/home.html), [Contact](https://letsbot.net/en/contact-us.html), [Sitemap](https://letsbot.net/sitemap.xml)
