Required: subject_type (contact, company, deal), subject_id, type (note, call, meeting). body is required for a note; direction (inbound, outbound) for a call. Optional: title, occurred_at, pinned, outcome (connected, no_answer, busy, voicemail, wrong_number), duration_minutes, location.
