No-code tools connect the CRM to thousands of other apps: add a deal when a form is filled in, post to your team chat when a deal is won, copy accepted quotes to your accounting tool.
Zapier
The LetsBot app for Zapier connects with a workspace API key that has the crm permission ticked.
| Type | Available |
|---|---|
| Triggers | New contact, new company, new deal, deal stage changed, deal won, deal lost, new task, quote accepted |
| Actions | Create or update a contact, create or update a company, create or update a deal (including moving it to another stage), create a task, add a note |
| Searches | Find a contact by phone or e-mail and find a company by domain or name — both can create the record if it is not found — and find a deal by title or customer |
When you turn a Zap on, Zapier adds its own webhook to your CRM settings automatically, and removes it when you turn the Zap off.
Make and n8n
Connect Make or n8n through the CRM API and webhooks:
- To react to CRM changes, create a webhook URL in Make (“Custom webhook”) or n8n (“Webhook” node) and add it in CRM → API & webhooks with the events you need.
- To change CRM records, use an HTTP request module or node with your base URL, the X-Zapier-Api-Key header and the endpoint you need, for example POST /api/v1/crm/deals.
- Check the X-LetsBot-Signature header in your scenario or workflow before acting on a webhook.
What it costs
The CRM, the API and the webhooks are free. Your Zapier, Make or n8n plan is billed by that service. If your automation sends WhatsApp messages through LetsBot, Meta bills those messages as usual.
Tip: start with one trigger and one action, run a test, then add steps. The CRM’s delivery log shows every event sent to your tool.
