Turn a quote request in the chat into a deal with its amount, and follow it on a Kanban board with a total per stage and a weighted sales forecast.
In your account nowIn every workspace, from the sidebar → Deals.
Inside live chat
Agents don’t open another system to see where a deal stands. They see it in the customer profile while they reply.
One board for your sales team and your support team together.
Drag a deal from one stage to the next, or switch to the list view to search and filter.
Up to 100 deals per column, 500 in the list
Each column header shows how many deals it holds and what they add up to, so you see where the money sits.
Totals kept per currency
One pipeline for B2B sales, another for renewals or branches, each with its own stages, colours and win probabilities.
Up to 20 pipelines, 30 stages each
A deal can’t be closed as lost without a reason: price, a competitor, stopped replying, no budget, or other with a note.
Deals can be reopened later
Every change is recorded: stage moves, amount changes, owner changes, wins, losses and notes.
With the time and the agent’s name
Each deal has an owner and an expected close date, and its card turns red once that date passes.
Filters: my deals, unassigned, by agent
At the top of the board
Calculated from your own deals, and the board shows how each one is worked out.
sum(amount) of open deals
How much opportunity your team is working on right now.
amount × stage win probability
A realistic estimate of what should close, not just a sum of amounts.
deals won since the 1st
What actually closed in the current month.
won ÷ closed, last 90 days
Of every deal that closed, how many you won.
Each deal keeps its own currency. The pipeline totals deals in the workspace’s default currency (suggested from your connected store, or USD) and flags deals in other currencies instead of mixing them into the total.
Custom fields
Up to 50 fields of 13 types. Make a field required, use it as a filter, or show it in the customer profile inside the chat.
Edit the six default stages or add a pipeline, and set each stage’s win probability and the default currency.
Deals → Pipeline settings
When a customer asks for a quote, create the deal from their profile in live chat with its amount and owner.
Live chat → customer profile → Deals
Drag the deal as it progresses, and watch the totals and the weighted forecast at the top of the board.
Dashboard → Deals
Mark it won, or lost with a reason, so you learn why deals slip and where your win rate can improve.
From the board or the chat
Your team creates deals itself; none are created automatically from messages. The workspace owner manages pipelines, stages and lost reasons.
LetsBot has both. Pick by the way your team works.
| Your situation | Built-in deals | HubSpot / Pipedrive integration |
|---|---|---|
| You don’t use a CRM and want to follow opportunities next to your chats | Built-in deals are enough | Not needed |
| Your team works in HubSpot or Pipedrive | Optional for the team that answers customers | Keep it connected to LetsBot |
| See the deal inside the WhatsApp conversation | Right in the customer profile | Depends on the integration |
| Custom fields on a deal | 13 types, up to 50 fields | In your CRM’s settings |
