Business tools · Appointment booking
Send the customer free times from the WhatsApp chat, and run your team’s day on a calendar that refuses double bookings.
In your account nowIn every workspace, from the sidebar → Appointments.
Inside live chat
The customer profile has an “Appointments” section: their upcoming appointments, a button to send free times, and direct booking of a free slot.
Free times go out in one WhatsApp message that Meta bills to your account since 1 October 2026, so the agent sees the number of times and a cost notice and confirms before sending. Auto-confirming the customer’s pick is off by default. How to lower WhatsApp message costs
A fit for clinics, salons, consultations, showrooms and any business that runs on appointments.

Staff are your existing dashboard users, each with weekly working hours and their own timezone.
Plus a Google Calendar sync switch per person
Any appointment that overlaps another one for the same staff member is refused, walk-ins included.
The time is re-checked before every confirmation
Add leave for one staff member, or a holiday for the whole workspace, and those times are offered to nobody.
Existing appointments are not moved; you are told about them
Link a service to a branch and its address shows on the appointment and in confirmation and reminder messages.
Branch name and address
Each appointment records where it came from: the dashboard, live chat or the customer’s WhatsApp reply, and every change after that.
Booked · Confirmed · Cancelled · No-show · Completed
On the calendar: switch between day and week, filter by staff member, click an empty time to book and drag an appointment to move it. The list page filters appointments by date, status, staff member or service.
Booking rules
Set once for the workspace, and every booking from the dashboard or the chat follows them.
60 minutes by default
No time sooner than this is offered, so nobody books a slot that starts in five minutes.
60 days by default · 1 to 365
How far into the future free times are offered.
every 30 min by default · 5 to 120
When offered times start: 09:00, then 09:30, then 10:00.
before and after, per service
Time to prepare or clean up that no other appointment can take.
The workspace also has default booking hours and a timezone, and each staff member can have their own hours and timezone.
Customer messages
Every message that reaches the customer has a cost at Meta, so none is sent until you switch it on.
| Message | Who gets it | Default | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Booking confirmation | Customer, on WhatsApp | Off | May be billed by Meta |
| Reschedule notice | Customer, on WhatsApp | Off | May be billed by Meta |
| Reminder 24 hours before | Customer, on WhatsApp | Off | May be billed by Meta |
| Reminder 1 hour before | Customer, on WhatsApp | Off | May be billed by Meta |
| Send free times | Customer, in the conversation | Manual, after the agent confirms the cost | May be billed by Meta |
| Staff alert on new and cancelled bookings | Staff member, in the LetsBot app | On | Not billed by Meta |
Since 1 October 2026 Meta may bill every WhatsApp message. Inside 24 hours of the customer’s last message a normal text is sent; outside it, only the approved template you picked, and only on an official WhatsApp (Cloud API) number. Otherwise the message is skipped and the reason is logged on the appointment.
The staff alert on new and cancelled bookings reaches their phone through the LetsBot app; it does not go over WhatsApp and Meta does not bill it. It is on by default.
Google Calendar
After you connect Google Calendar under “Integrations → Calendars”, switch sync on per staff member.
Your team already uses Cal.com or Calendly? Both integrations are also under “Integrations → Calendars”.
Set each service’s duration and buffers, who delivers it, working hours and booking rules.
Sales & service settings → Booking settings
From the customer profile in the chat, pick the service and staff member and send up to 10 times after confirming the cost.
Live chat → customer profile → Appointments
The customer replies with a pick and an agent confirms it, or it is booked automatically if auto-confirm is on. Or book a free time directly.
Live chat → customer profile → Appointments
View each staff member’s day or week, drag an appointment to move it, and mark it completed or no-show.
Dashboard → Appointments
There is no public booking page or self-booking link: bookings come from your team, or from the customer’s reply to the times you sent. The workspace owner manages services, staff and booking rules. Add a follow-up task after the visit
MCP

Each tool shows up in the customer profile inside live chat, so an agent sees the deal, task, ticket and appointment without leaving the conversation.
