Minimum-permission scope

The app requests read scopes for persons, deals, and pipelines, plus write access for deal notes — nothing else. LetsBot never touches data outside sending and logging messages, and you can revoke the grant from Pipedrive whenever you like.

Per-tenant data isolation

Each customer gets a dedicated database. No query can cross between tenants at the application layer; isolation is enforced by a database-per-tenant architecture.

Transparent data retention

Event records: 24 months. Message bodies: 90 days. Backups: 30 days. We never sell data, never use it for model training, and never share it with ad networks — ever.
