You can send file message to phone number.

You can send file message to phone number. You just send the URL of the message you want to send. Id of the message in the key of the data of the response. In the Message of the data of the response , You can see documentMessage that contain file info (URL, mimetype of the file, file length, etc.) , messageTimesamp format and status of the message.
