Reports turn your deals, quotes, orders and automations into dashboards you arrange yourself. Open CRM → Reports, pick a period, and add the widgets you need.
The widgets
| Widget | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Revenue vs goal | Won revenue per month, the forecast from open deals weighted by stage probability, and the monthly goal |
| Sales funnel | Deals created in the period and how many reached each stage |
| Wins and losses | Deals closed in the period and the top reasons for losing |
| Team leaderboard | Won deals, revenue and win rate per team member |
| Lead sources | New leads by where they came from, and how many became customers |
| Deal velocity | Average days a deal stays in each stage before moving on |
| Quote conversion | Quotes sent in the period: viewed and accepted |
| Store revenue by stage | Store orders of your contacts (lifetime value) grouped by lifecycle stage |
| Automation impact | What your automations did in the period, and the deals they created |
Goals
Set monthly targets — an amount or a number of deals — for each team member or team in the sales settings (CRM → Goals). The Revenue vs goal widget and the CRM Overview show progress against them.
Share the numbers
- Create several dashboards, for example one for management and one per team. Delete the ones you no longer use.
- Use E-mail the summary to send the dashboard’s summary by e-mail.
Tip: if a widget says there is no data, try a longer period — most widgets count deals created or closed inside the period you picked.
