- If you use WhatsApp Flows with Endpoint, contact LetsBot support and ask them to check that the phone number used to set your business public key is allowlisted.

Use the access token debugger to verify that your app has been granted the permissions required by the endpoint. See Authentication and Authorization Errors. For WhatsApp Flows with Endpoint - ensure that the phone number used to set your business public key is allowlisted. Check the eligibility requirements for the API that you are trying to access. If you are not eligible to access the endpoints, you will receive this error code.
