Invalid WhatsApp Business Account for OBO Mobility. The WABA is not eligible for OBO ownership transfer. Possible reasons could be: The WABA is already owned by the business customer (i.e. already uses the WABA Sharing model). The business customer has yet to accept the OBO request in the Meta Business Suite.
