Deals are the sales opportunities your team follows from the first message to the close. In the CRM they appear on a board, in lists, on the customer’s record and in the live-chat customer card.
Pipelines and stages
- A workspace can have up to 20 pipelines, each with up to 30 stages — for example one pipeline for new sales and one for renewals.
- Give every stage a win probability. It drives the weighted forecast.
- Every lost deal needs a reason, so you learn why deals slip.
The weighted forecast
Each open deal’s amount is multiplied by the win probability of its stage, and the results are added up. A 10,000 deal in a stage at 40% adds 4,000 to the forecast. Deals in another currency than the workspace default are shown separately instead of being mixed into the total.
Products on a deal
Add line items from your product list — with quantity, discount and VAT — and the deal amount follows them. A deal can hold up to 100 items. Products can be added by hand or imported from Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce.
Follow-up alerts
Set how many days a deal may stay in one stage. After that, the card shows how long it has been waiting, so nothing goes quiet without anyone noticing.
Working from the chat
In live chat, the customer card lists the customer’s deals. Agents can create a deal, change its stage or amount, and mark it won or lost without leaving the conversation.
Tip: set monthly goals per team member or team in the sales settings. The Reports dashboard then compares revenue with the goal.
