Works with Salesforce
Contacts, accounts, opportunities and tasks stay the same in Salesforce and in the LetsBot CRM, and leads and notes come into the customer record next to the chat.
Requires your own active Salesforce subscription. The integration itself is free.
Direction

Off by default. Switch it on and a new number becomes a Lead, with Company set to “[not provided]” until you fill it in.
If you already connected Salesforce for the chat sidebar lookup, two-way sync uses that same connection.
LetsBot checks Salesforce for changed records on a schedule, so no extra Salesforce streaming add-on is needed.
How it works
Sign in to Salesforce and approve LetsBot. Use the same login host your org uses.
Contacts, leads, accounts, opportunities, tasks and notes — each both ways, into LetsBot, or off.
Each opportunity stage goes to a LetsBot stage; field mapping comes filled in.
Check the first records, then press “Start sync”. Nothing is written before that.
Requires your own active Salesforce subscription. The integration itself is free.
Salesforce
Your Salesforce edition must include API access.
Records are matched by phone number (international format), then e-mail, then the Salesforce ID.
A Lead converted in Salesforce is not followed to its new Contact; the Contact syncs on its own.
Frequently asked questions

Yes, like any integration. LetsBot pauses at 80% of your org’s daily limit, or as soon as Salesforce reports the limit is reached.
